During this intensive, athletes will drill shape, strength and technique necessary to complete the back handspring. This intensive is great for any athlete looking to obtain or perfect their back handspring or back handspring series.
*Requirements: Athletes MUST have a minimum 2 second hold handstand. Athletes must be age 7+.
Meet Coach Callie:
Hi Everyone! I am so excited to be joining Flip Out Productions this year. Over the past decade, I have studied gymnastics and cheerleading to develop my craft as a tumbling coach. Prior to becoming a coach, I competed along side the top names in the industry and represented Rockstar Cheer in The Cheerleading Worlds Championships. Since competing, I have gone on to work with top programs including Cheer Athletics and Cheer Extreme. I have attended and lead coaching conferences throughout the country, created class curriculums and organized elite programs throughout our industry. I am experienced in all levels of cheerleading and tumbling, as well as levels 1-7 in elite track gymnastics. I can’t wait to meet all the new faces of Flip Out and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with your amazing young athletes.

There are no refunds or credits for cancellations or missed classes.
Email to schedule a make up class or reschedule your session to a different day and time. Rescheduling is based upon class availability and not guaranteed.
Dresscode:
Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top
Long hair must be pulled back before class
Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name
Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins
Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights

In an event of a shutdown - classes will go virtual on Zoom
Missed classes due to a COVID-19 shutdown are non-transferable, and non-refundable
No credits will be given due to a COVID-19 shutdown
