This all abilities, user friendly class combines gentle, dance based cardio movements to focus on mobility and strength building, while also learning fun choreography, featuring popular music.
All fitness levels and ages welcome!
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in for class. If you can, please bring your own yoga mat (you're welcome to bring additional yoga props like blocks and straps if you like), and water bottle.
You can purchase classes one by one here, purchase a class pack for all 6 classes at $60, or pay in person with cash or check.
Enter through the main Library entrance - class will be held in the back room (Adirondack room) of the Library.
