Based on our Instagram votes, Chef Eliza will be making a tasty baked Fritatta and fruit salad with some easy-to-find ingredients in your pantry!

- Ingredient list: see below, make sure to get all ingredients and equipment in place before the beginning of the class. And make sure your oven is set to 400 :)

Fritatta: (serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 T whole milk
2 cherry tomatoes or ΒΌ bell pepper or 3 mushrooms or 3 leaves spinach
1 T parmesan, cheddar or other grated cheese
1 sprig parsley or basil or thyme
1 oz ham/turkey/other protein (optional)
Salt n pepper
Fruit salad:
1/3 cup variety of fruit:
Example: 4 grapes, 1/2 banana, 1/3 apple
(Please use anything you like!
Berries, stonefruit, kiwi, and more are all wonderful!)
1/2 lemon or lime
pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon sweetener (honey, agave, maple syrup)
Ingredients and recipe will also be sent to you prior to class, so you can pull out the equipment needed.
