Dive into a world of creativity and mindfulness with our Meditative
Nature Art and Mixed Media Class! This enriching experience
combines the soothing elements of nature with the boundless
possibilities of mixed-media art, offering young artists a chance to
explore, create, and relax. Through this hands-on program,
students will Connect with Nature and discover inspiration from
the natural world by incorporating materials like leaves, flowers,
twigs, and stones into their art projects. Practice Mindfulness:
Learn simple meditation and breathing techniques to calm the
mind, focus attention, and channel inner creativity. Explore Mixed
Media: Experiment with various art forms, including painting,
drawing, collaging, and sculpting, to create unique, textured
masterpieces. Build Confidence: Foster self-expression and
problem-solving skills through open-ended art activities. Each
week, students will embark on a creative journey, from crafting
rock art, seed mosaic, windchimes, rain sticks and much more
using all natural elements. By blending art with meditative
practices, this class nurtures a peaceful and imaginative
atmosphere where young learners can thrive.
