***This course is ONLY for Grades K-2*** The Introduction to SEL Ballet class for grades K-2 integrates foundational ballet techniques with social-emotional learning (SEL) principles. Through this class, students will learn basic ballet movements while also developing important skills such as empathy, self-awareness, and relationship-building. The class aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can express themselves through movement and develop both physically and emotionally. Students should preferably wear closed-toed shoes (sneakers) and dance-appropriate clothing.
