Winter Semester (January-Mid March)

This class is for students wanting to explore basics of color theory and different mediums used to draw. Students learn to use the elements and principles of art to create full, functional, and stylish compositions.

This class will explore the different mediums used in drawing such as charcoal, graphite, colored pencil, and pastel. This is a beginners class.

- 9X12 Strathmore Drawing Pad
- 18X24 Newsprint Pad
- Toned Paper Pad Gray 9x12 (for colored pencil and pastel)
- Vine Charcoal
- Charcoal Pencils: Black & White, Generals are recommended.
