About
For both new and continuing aerial students this mixed level class will focus on building strength, stamina and fluency on aerial silks, sling and Lyra. We will focus on learning foundational skills then linking them together in short sequences. If you're not sure which class is right for your student, email Sheila at aerialdancemarin@gmail.com
Please wear form fitting stretchy clothing with no snaps, buttons or zippers. For safety clothing should cover legs, upper arms and torso. No socks or shoes needed. Remove jewelry and watches before class.
