Chocolate-Peanut Butter Energy Bites

If you like peanut butter cups, you’ll enjoy this snack. These no-bake delicious treats are a great snack alternative.

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Servings: 20-24 energy bites

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker®Oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir together until well-combined.

Form the dough into tablespoon-sized balls, place on parchment paper and refrigerate an hour before eating. Store excess in air-tight container in the fridge.
