Materials:
- Hair blow dryer
- Hair spray; black or white T-shirt
- Black hooded
- Zip-up sweat shirt
- Skinny jeans
- Converse sneaker
- Trucker’s hat
- Dog tag necklaces
- Sunglasses
Step 1: Blow dry hair so it’s swished flat and forward above the eyebrows like the Biebs’ iconic cut. Set with hair spray.
Step 2: Put on outfit: T-shirt, sweat shirt, skinny jeans and sneakers.
Step 3: Hang dog tag necklaces around neck.
Step 4: Gently top head with trucker’s hat, with bill slightly askew (don’t mess up the hair!) and add sunglasses.
