Natalie Mayslich, General Manager of Consumer & Enterprise

Natalie Mayslich was appointed General Manager, Consumer and Enterprise for Care.com in April 2021 and is responsible for expanding, building and delivering the Company’s portfolio of Childcare, Senior Care, and Enterprise products and services. Natalie joined Care.com as General Manager, Senior Care in May 2020, following a seven-year tenure at IAC, Care.com’s parent company. While at IAC, she held various executive roles, including Chief Financial Officer for CollegeHumor, where she oversaw finance, strategy, partnerships, and growth operations. She was instrumental in launching the company’s subscription business, which she helped grow to over 100K subscribers, and ran the company’s programmatic advertising, commerce and live-events business lines which grew to represent more than 30% of its revenue. Prior to IAC, Natalie was an Associate at Time Warner Investments, responsible for identifying, executing and managing early stage investments and facilitating divisional strategic initiatives for Warner Brothers, HBO, Turner and Time Inc. She began her career with investment banking and strategy and operations roles at Jefferies & Co and Viacom, respectively.
