There are so many products out there these days, it’s nice to find companies who sell items but also give back. We’ve taken the time to find some of our favorite children’s companies that donate a percentage of their profits or give back in some way to children and families.

Embrace & Little Lotus
Embrace is a social enterprise that makes low cost infant warmers for premature babies in developing countries, at a fraction of the price of existing solutions. Embrace has helped over 150,000 babies world wide. Last year Beyonce supported an initiative to get the warmers across Africa, and Embrace was invited to present its work to President Obama at the White House.
Embrace Innovations has now launched a new line of premium baby products called Little Lotus Baby, a collection of swaddles, sleep sacks & blankets that use proprietary technology inspired by NASA spacesuits to keep babies at the ideal temperature, so they can rest better. They are deploying a Tom’s shoes model: for every product sold, a baby in need will be helped by the Embrace warmer in a developing country.
Little Lotus has been featured in Newsweek, Fox, Parents Magazine, and The Bump. They are currently running a Kickstarter campaign; you can support the initiative by pre-ordering products, now through May 29th, 2015.
