Target is recalling more than 175,000 dressers because the furniture item may tip over and fall on young and small children.

The recall includes Target’s Room Essentials four-drawer dressers sold at Target stores and online at Target.com between January 2013 and April 2016.

The retailer confirmed that it’s received 12 reports of dressers “tipping or collapsing” on children as young as 3 years old, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s report released on Sept. 13.

The Minneapolis-based merchant sold 175,000 of the dressers in the U.S. and another 3,000 in Canada. The dressers were sold for roughly $118 and came in three colors: Black, espresso, and maple.

To reduce the tipping risk, Target recommends anchoring the dresser to the wall and placing it in an area that’s not easily accessible by small children.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the dresser and return the item to any nearby Target for a full refund.
