I am seeking someone who can sit down with children and insure they get schoolwork done and tutor when needed. Also, make sure they get their chores done. I don't need a babysitter as my mother-in-law and adult daughter is there. I need you to create a schedule of the time you are there to distribute between the needs of the four children that are in school. To help them create consistent habits with their chores. When they get home from school you will need to learn how to navigate their learning platforms and provide extra practice work where necessary. An example if 5th grader is struggling with multiplication make sure they practice the multiplication table on the days you are there. Cursive practice will be required for 2nd -8th grader.

My 7-year boy is autistic and he doesn't communicate verbally very well. The school bus drops off my son at my house at 3:15 p.m. and I need a sitter to pick him up and stay with him until my wife gets home (around 7 pm). We seek a reliable and caring nanny/babysitter while we are on Nantucket from May 29 through June 27. We can guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per 7-day week period. However, the hours will vary depending on our needs - some days we will need coverage while we go out to dinner. Other times, we will need coverage during the day. The role involves caring for two children, our infant son and our2-year-old daughter. Responsibilities include preparing meals and snacks, assisting with bedtime routines, cleaning up after the kids and helping with the kids' laundry. The candidate must have a car and feel comfortable with pets (we have one golden retriever). This is not a live in position.
