Rainbow Child Development Center provides an educational play-based curriculum to stimulate you child's environment, enabling him/her to become an active learner. RCDC uses the Creative Curriculum framework and looks at each child as an individual. The curriculum focuses on your child's development in four areas; social/emotional, cognitive, language, and physical. Furthermore, the curriculum has defined goals and objectives within each area of development. Children are learning to build confidence and friendships through small and large group activities. We understand that each child develops differently and we plan for changes in the classroom environment to meet all of the children's needs. We offer care for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age, and we transport school-aged children to and from the Okemos and Haslett public schools. We offer a wide variety of enrollment options to fit every family's needs.
