When we first opened Little Sprouts in 1982, we knew we were onto something big. Curriculum Approach

It is not only what we teach but how we teach that makes the difference. Our goal at Little Sprouts is to enable children to become eager learners while preparing them for success in Kindergarten and beyond. Our Budding Scholars Approach, based on the most effective teaching methodologies and backed by over 30 years of experience, delivers a child-centered approach to education. To ensure children are learning at a pace in which they can excel, our educators design individualized learning goals to guide them to the next level. We focus on developing the whole child by fostering literacy across a breadth of areas encompassing reading, math, science, social-emotional literacy, health, physical wellness and the arts. With the foundation of our Budding Scholars curriculum, your child is inspired to develop a lifelong love of learning and discovery.

About Our School

Our Belmont school is located on a corner lot and features bright, sunny classrooms to welcome your child into the school. Play is a large part of the curriculum and children have access to a large neighborhood playground and a private, cozy playground specifically designed for infants and toddlers. Little Sprouts Belmont is conveniently located by Belmont Center and Waverly Square. This perfect neighborhood spot feels just like home!
