The receptionist has been of LITTLE HELP.....She neglected to mention I/my Doctor needed to fill in a "Face to Face" [???] form 'On Me' for THEM when I first called for Help about 3 weeks ago...I call NOW for "Nelson" and she tells me about this form [without which] I can never get Help from Them. She has an Unfriendly tone as well.feels like she would like to say Other words to me than those she is using.....Not comfortable conversing w/her, Unfriendly. NELSON, however, is GREAT!
