I love this service. They do anything I ask. Nothing is too much trouble. I depend on them weekly to take care of me. They are 100 percent reliable. They are friendly and even my cat loves them!

This is an awful company to work for. You are underpaid, overworked, and unappreciated.... That is why they cant keep an employee for more than a few months. Marigrace can be rude and unprofessional. .... good luck if you do choose to work for this company.

I had a Living Social Deal purchased for 3 hours of cleaning service. It took several tries to finally get ahold of someone and set up an appointment. The day of the scheduled apt, they called to cancel due to car trouble on the way. No problem - stuff happens, right? I was assured that it would not be an issue to rebook even though my voucher would expire within a week. Well, it took another 5 calls to get the appointment rescheduled for more than a month later. I have never heard from them since. I left a message the morning of the rescheduled appointment, and again, no one returned my call or email. I have since left more than 10 messages asking them to return my call to either make an appointment or to inform me they do not intend to honor my voucher. In all, I have called this company upwards of 20 times just to have my house cleaned once, and the only call I have ever received from them was to cancel the first visit half an hour before the appointed time. I am very disappointed and frustrated and am working with Living Social to see if I get my money back. My advice: don't bother wasting your time. They are unresponsive at best. I can't speak to the quality of their work as they have yet to provide the services for which I paid.

I am extremely disappointed with Zito Cleaning Service's customer service, or lack thereof. I purchased a Groupon for one two-hour housecleaning session. I called the number provided to schedule my appointment. They were pretty booked, so the appointment was set for about a month after I called. I work during the week so I needed a Saturday appointment. It was scheduled for 9AM. I then scheduled my other Saturday plans around that appointment.

When that weekend came, no one ever called me to confirm the appointment. Saturday at 9AM, no one showed up. I waited around for an hour or so, then finally left to attend to my other plans. I called them immediately, and no one answered. I left a message explaining that I had an appointment for that day and time and that no one had showed up, and to please call me back to reschedule. They never returned my call!

Luckily Groupon has amazing customer service so they issued me Groupon dollars in the amount that I paid. But I never heard back from Zito after their no call/no show! I am still shocked at the complete lack of professionalism. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend Zito to anyone and I make sure to tell all of my family and friends in the Pittsburgh area to stay away. If I could give them 0 stars here, I would.

This was a first for me. I've always done my own cleaning but health problems caused me to seek some help. It was such a treat to have this great team in my home to clean for me. They are efficient, quiet and very thorough.

I have had Zito Cleaning at my house every two weeks for almost 1.5 years. I couldn't be happier! I look forward to coming home on those days to a house that smells clean and looks clean. The staff and owner are fantastic. I have even had them come and do extra tasks like cleaning all the windows in my home. They sparkled and not only were the windows clean, but so were the window ledges and trim.
I have a small dog who loves when they come...she follows them around the house and of course they give here treats.
I would recommend them to anyone.
