At Zion Kidz Academy, the staff, director and owners firmly believe in providing a sound education in a safe and caring environment. We believe school should be a positive and happy experience and lessons should be interesting and yet fun too. Learning is accomplished in a variety of ways that are designed to excite and appeal to every child. Our Early Preschool Program strives to nurture your child s spiritual, social and emotional development in a safe and playful environment.Our caregivers are committed to excellence in the quality of nurturing developmental milestones that come so quickly in those first few months of life.

Our infant/toddler program is structured by use of the infant/toddler Creative Curriculum and Baby Signs. Infants will have plenty of exposure to music, story time, tummy time and gross motor skill practice. Each child is part of a small primary care group to ensure individualized attention. Their new environment will give opportunity to practice more gross motor play apart from the infants and toddlers where they can paint, sing, dance and explore in a safe, secure environment.

Early Preschool
Our Early Preschool Program strives to nurture your child s spiritual, social and emotional development in a safe and playful environment. We provide learning programs sets the stage for self confidence by encouraging progress at a child s own pace, according to individual needs and abilities. This program is designed for children from ages 2 to 3 to acquire academic readiness skills through play.

Pre-Kindergarten (4-5)
Our Pre-school classrooms activities that will help stimulate the creativity, curiosity and learning of your Pre-K child. We have activities designed that promotes cognitive thinking, problem solving, logistics, math concepts, creative thinking and more. Pre-K allows the students to be immersed in literacy throughout the day as well as having a strong focus on handwriting with activities. Science lessons are explored more closely. Music, Spanish, and computers, are included in their curriculum as well.

Before/After Holiday Care Policy
ZKAL will provide holiday care on days that public schools are closed for an additional fee, i.e.: teach in-service days, Spring Break and Christmas Break.
