The Agency's mission to provide paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their-to-day self-care activities.
We are committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary care by professionals who recognize the need for comprehensive assessment of needs from both the client and professional's point of view.
Our companion and home health aides act as a caregiver and friend when family members are not present, this enables family and friends to have peace of mind knowing that their love one is getting attention they deserved, the companionship they desired and care they need to remain safe in their home.
Our home health aides and companions visit our clients in their homes as often as necessary for short visits or 24 hours a day, they provide emotional support, caregiver assistance, light housekeeping and companionship to help seniors, elderly, mentally and/or physically challenged adults function independently in their own home environments.
Our home health aides and caregivers are also available to provide care in a hospital or other facility.
