You've Got Maids MidFlorida is an independently local family owned, fully licensed and insured "green" maid franchise. Our certified maids are drug and background screened, highly trained, bonded, and have integrity! We offer professional recurring services every week, every-other-week, and every-4-weeks. We also offer one time services such as move-in/move-out and our 52 Point Deep Clean. We send a 2 maid-team for efficiency and expediency. That way the cleaning doesn't take all day! Company cars are used; uniforms are required; and professional gear and supplies are provided. We put the house on a color-coded cleaning system and a log is used to ensure the cleaning is rotated appropriately while taking the needs, requests, and, concerns of the client into consideration. Almost all our recurring service clients are on a customized plan to meet their taste, as well as their budget! We take your security as well as ours seriously. A major credit card is required to be on file to reserve the appointment time; however, this does not necessarily mean the bill needs to be paid by that method. This simply guarantees your time slot. Please note that until we have that guarantee, the time slot will be open for others. We accept cash, check or credit card; payment is required the day of service.
