All of our care givers are employees (not contractors) who are experienced and well-trained. We are bonded and carry worker's comp.

All care givers are given full background checks and are interviewed & shadowed by the CEO to ensure they are a good fit. If I, as CEO, wouldn't send a caregiver to my mother's house, they will not get hired.
