I could not ask for a better cleaning service than I have with 'You Got It Maid.' Mary takes pride and accepts ownership with each of my short term rental properties. I have earned 5-Star ratings consistently and achieved Airbnb Superhost status every quarter for the past two years thanks in no small part to the extra touches and attention to details that she contributes to every single turnover. I have no hesitation recommending her services to any business, especially short term rental businesses due to her knowledge and understanding of the unique requirements and timelines.

Mary is a very friendly and polite. I did not even know she was here working until she came to tell me she had finished. Being that I was one of the first people to utilize her service, she did above and beyond what was expected. It did take her a little longer than she had planned, but that is nothing that only more cleanings and time will fix.I will hire her again as well as refer her to friends and family
