About
The Geneva Lakes Family YMCA has partnered with Brookwood Elementary School to offer onsite preschool for three and four year olds that are potty trained. This program offers a high quality curriculum that integrates math, science, health, social studies, physical movement, early literacy and social-emotional development, using guided instruction and imaginative play. Our programs use research-based lessons that are aligned to the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards and provide the foundations for a high quality learning environment that helps children become enthusiastic learners and to foster a lifetime love of learning.
The YMCA Wrap Around Care program is for students that are in Preschool or 4K that need care before or after school. When students are not in class, the YMCA would offer onsite child care. Flexible days and hours are available. This program is available at Brookwood Elementary School, Genoa City and Central Denison and Star Center Elementary Schools in Lake Geneva.
The YMCA Y BASE program is for students in 5K-5th grade that need care before school, after school or both. Morning care (AM) is offered beginning at 6:30 am until school start time. Afternoon care (PM) is offered after school until 6 pm. Flexible days, hours and drop-in options are available. This program is available at Brookwood Elementary School, Genoa City. In addition, Y BASE is offered at Central Denison and Star Center Elementary Schools in Lake Geneva. Students attending Eastview School, Lake Geneva would be shuttled to Central Denison.
