This company is very unprofessional . This company is responsible for the care and oversight of persons with disabilities. However the people working here take advantage of the disabled and less fortunate . Sara Bugarin has an attitude towards anyone with a complaint or concern . She never answers her phone when clients call her and during IPPvmeetinfs she is constantly rolling her eyes like she was 15 years old. Her flaming red hair doesn't help achieve any higher standard of professionalism or maturity. She looks and acts like a former chola with an attitude . Jovi Martinez one of the workers is constantly on her phone and loves to take her clients shopping instead of actually working towards any of the goals laid out in the IPP. These people take advantage of their positions and see people with disabilities as nothing but a paycheck.
