At the Woodland Hills Private School, we offer a challenging yet personalized curriculum for children 18 months old (toddlers) through 5 years old (Pre-K) on the Collins Campus, and 2 years old through 5th Grade on the Oxnard Campus. We offer small classes and activities individualized for each student. The program provides for an interactive process of learning and is concerned with the development of the whole child. The curriculum provides an enriched academic program, the development of self-confidence and self-assurance, cooperative learning skills, community awareness and involvement, leadership skills, and the application of these cognitive skills to real-life situations.

Our Emergent curriculum incorporates best practices in the field of education that match the needs of our children in our ever-changing world. We utilize the child-centered, teacher-facilitated and inquiry-based approaches to present a balanced and play-based emergent curriculum that fosters physical, emotional, and cognitive growth in each child.
