Wofford & Williams (d/b/a Akins Helping Hands) is a company I would NOT recommend to anyone. I was overbilled for a week of 24/7 care. The error was immediately pointed out to them & "a check was put in the mail." Never received the check & in following up was told the check was returned with a bad address, although I've lived here 30 yrs. In contacting the owner was told a check was being sent. Never received & when following up, no one answers emails or returns calls.

Wofford and Williams Inc. have been a saving grace to me and my family providing excellent care for my mother for the past few years. The staff are always on point providing quality at home care that I have grown to rely on. The caregivers are professional, on time, caring individuals that my family can really tell cares about our mother and her health. I can not say enough positive things about this company. I recommend them highly!
