Just picked up my doggie baby from them, he seemed traumatized to say the least! Smells of urine and has a scratch on his nose that wasn't there when we boarded him. I have used them before because this is a part of my vet's clinic, but never again! We are not sure if the staff is different, but it just was not the professional care that we have received in the past! I honestly am so pissed I'm crying and so is my baby!! I wish I could give zero stars!
