I hired Williams Cleaning Co for cleaning services after I had minor renovations done to my house in the kitchen in bathrooms. This company was available to do the cleaning at the last minute, which was great. They said they were sending a cleaning crew and charged me $225 for post-construction cleaning. This is double their regular rate. For that price I was expecting them to clean the entire house giving extra attention to the places where construction happened. Instead they sent one cleaning lad and she pretty much just vacuumed and mopped the kitchen and swept in two of my four bathrooms. There was still toothpaste in the sink and dust in the living room, as well as cobwebs in the kitchen. I got less than half the work for more than double the cost. I contacted the company and was told they went above and beyond, and if I wanted more cleaning I should have requested it. He did not care at all that I was not satisfied. Poor management. I will never contact this company again. You have been warned.
