Hi SF families with young children!
We have been serving San Francisco families for five years now!
This Fall we are transitioning from offering an all outdoor preschool program to hybrid indoor/outdoor infant and toddler (up to 3 years old) program in both Holly Park and our licensed for child care family home.
Before this program I worked for three years as a nanny to three different families with infants while I was a student at San Francisco State University earning my B.A. in child development. Once I graduated I worked at a preschool program in Oakland, CA for two years in the toddler classroom. I love the younger ages and feel it is an extremely important time in a child's life. I feel excited to now offer care to infants and toddlers.
Our hybrid program offers the routine of same pick-up and drop-off location while also utilizing nature as another teacher in our program and enhancing the classroom by spending the majority of the day at the park. Our program will offer both calm spaces and resting time as well as stimulating experiences for gross and fine motor development.
I am a musician and have recorded two albums of children's music. We offer live musical opportunities for the children every day with scarves, and shakers for children to participate in the experience.
We will seek sensory experiences like playing with sand, dirt, clay, playdoh and paint. Our home classroom also features a wide range of stories, puppets, cars, animal figurines, dolls and a play kitchen for dramatic play.
Lunch will not be provided but depending on the hours your child is enrolled, one or two snacks will be provided.
