Hi my name is Lori. I am registered with the state of Iowa as a Child Development Home. Something unique about Wiggles N Giggles is, we are in a home, however the home is not occupied as a home, it is strictly operated as a child care. Therefore, it allows more room for providing care for your child(ren).
For the last 28 years I have worked for companies that provide care to individuals with Developmentally Disabilities. It has been a very fulfilling career and loved the work. I am married with 4 children. I grew up in a small Northeastern Iowa town. After graduating college I moved to Minnesota and lived there for 25 years. 5 years ago I moved back to Iowa to be closer to my family.
It would be a privilege to care for your child(ren) and provide them with  a home away from home . atmosphere. Our childcare promises to provide a place with nurturing, laughing, learning, being creative, and full of fun. Many of our activities will take place which help promote basic skills (letter & number recognition, color & shape recognition, large motor skills, small motor skills, etc.).

I am pleased to be writing a letter of recommendation for Lori Burr-Ghosh. For the past four years, Lori has served as my son s Supervisor with Mosaic. I was very excited to have Lori as our team leader.
When reflecting of Lori s skills, she is highly organized, proactive, great problem solver and provides positive service to all who work with her. Most telling of her organizational skills is her ability to manage multiple tasks and several Mosaic households at the same time. She is insightful and anticipates questions or situations. She has materials and correspondence done in advance. Lori always follows through after meetings.
I recommend Lori Burr-Ghosh for any position which requires organization, attention to detail, good problem solving skills, but most importantly, loves the children or young adults she works with. When Lori worked with my son, we felt understood and loved. Lori has a tremendous work ethic. She takes great pride in doing her job to the utmost. She takes additional time and effort to make sure the job she does meets her own satisfaction and exceed the expectations of those around her. I am confident she would give 110% to any position and work hard to be successful. My son Jake, who has Down s Syndrome, would also like to tell you how much he loves her and how much support, happiness and love she brought him.
