White Glove Community Care

White Glove Community Care has a history of providing home care services since 1997. The agency is accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide Nursing, Home Health Aides, Personal Care and other ancillary support services, in the five boroughs of New York City. The agency recently expanded its licensing to service the Hudson Valley area, including Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, Sullivan, and Ulster counties.

WGCC specializes in providing Private Duty home care services to patients in need. Our primary goal is to provide quality skilled care to patients with Ventilators, Tracheotomy, or Feeding Tubes. Additionally, we also provide highly skilled private duty nursing care to Pediatric patients with chronic conditions. Upon referral, we will work with the patient care team and process the preliminary requirements, including obtaining the prior approval from the patient s insurance carrier.

WGCC collaborates with Social Workers and family members to facilitate smooth patient discharge to the home; our experience and guidance has proven that skilled homecare is a far safer and simpler choice compared to institutionalized care.
