Where The Heart Is Family Daycare & Preschool

Hi! I'm Katrina, the owner of Where the Heart Is Family Daycare & Preschool. I am a licensed in-home daycare provider, a certified teacher with a Master's Degree in Childhood Education, and have 7 years experience working with children of all ages. I offer full-day child care as well as before and after school care. I provide a safe and loving environment for your children to learn and grow. I encourage children to play and explore which helps them learn and develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Because children are most comfortable with a set routine, there is a regular time each day for meals and nap, circle time, music, reading, imaginative play and outdoor play. Letters, numbers, shapes, colors and themes are introduced during circle time and reinforced throughout the day through play. We go outside daily weather permitting. Nutritious meals and snacks are provided in a warm, family-style setting. I am looking forward to teaching and caring for your little one!
