About the business
We started tutoring in 1980 and have been helping selected students since then. We recently had a "Grand Opening" for our website and have started to take on a few more clients, on a selective basis. The managing partner is a graduate of Cleveland State University, B.A. summa cum laude and was a Doctoral Fellowship recipient at a consortium made up of Columbia University, NYU, CUNY, the American Museum of Natural History, and the New York Zoological Society. After retiring as a result of an illness that almost took his life, he continued to accept students and is now interested in growing the business. Tutoring isn't a job or a way to pick up a few extra bucks, it is his passion. Kids are a very important part of every employee at Westside-Tutoring, but John still handles most students himself.
