My sister had to pay $3,500 up front for 30 days. She entered the home at 5:15 pm on 9-12-17 and was rushed via 911 to Boswell hospital at 10:30 am on 9-13-17 and admitted. We asked for. full refund since she was not going to be coming back and was refused the full amount. We were offered $1,000 refund. They charged her $2,500 for less than 24 hours. I would not recommend as they are obviously only concerned about ripping off the elderly and the sick.
