Licensed and opening in Waverly, NE in August 2020 for ages 6 weeks to 12 years! Wee Wonders' mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and loving environment and program in which children are guided to learn, grow, and wonder. Pope St. John Paul II said, "Faced with the sacredness of life and of the human person, and before the marvels of the universe, wonder is the only appropriate attitude." Children have an incredible capacity for wonder, and Wee Wonders wants to celebrate and grow the joy this brings!
Catie Schochenmaier, a soon-to-be licensed Elementary and Special Education teacher, has five years of experience in caring for children of all ages, including her own 10-month old. She has a passion for early learning and believes that our youngest students discover the wonders of life best through both structured and free play. She is excited to accompany families in wonder as they support and foster their children's healthy growth and development. Wee Wonders' daily schedule and curriculum is based on the Nebraska Early Learning Guidelines and will be personalized for each child.
