Our cleaning was performed by Theresa (Reese) the owner. It was the worst experience out of everyone we've hired on care.com so far.
The work didn't come close to the quality we've received from previous people we've hired. We also believe she broke our pressure cooker (we have nanny cams which show when it was broken). We shared this video with her, and she offered to cover $70 to address our concerns. Almost 4 weeks have passed since then, and still no payment has been received.
She had continuous issues doing so ranging from a check that she claims was sent to us but which we didn't receive (no tracking number provided). We also suggested PayPal/Venmo/etc., which she said she does not use. We then suggested she buy an Amazon gift card for $70 and simply email the code through care.com so we can have a record, which didn't happen.
We certainly will not be hiring her again.

This is very unfortunate, I have had nothing but 5 star reviews!
1. When the clean was completed we did a walk through and both of you expressed how satisfied you were. At that point you wrote a check for services rendered.
2. They then contacted me and requested a refund because they felt I broke their pressure cooker. 1. Other than sliding the pressure cooker over to clean the very cluttered counter I did not clean and do not clean inside said pressure cookers.
3. There was absolutely no damage caused and it shows on the video that I caused zero damage. I also am bonded, insured and licensed and have no problem covering any accidental damage. To date I have not had one single property with damage. When they contacted me instead of arguing their dissatisfaction for whatever it may be I just thought it would be best to refund the $70. Payment was sent. My part is done!
4. I have over 300 clients in the Seattle area and this is the first unsatified customer. I wish you well .

Great. Theresa cleans like you would clean your house. The bathrooms are clean and disinfected, the kitchen is sparkling clean, the stainless steel shines, my dark hardwood floors are cleaner than maybe I can get it myself. She is personable and professional. I cannot recommend her more strongly.

The first time I used WckdStreak was a day before I delivered my first and I was in desperate need of a quick cleaning so we didn't come home from the hospital to a total disaster of a house. Reese was super quick to respond, scheduled me for the next day and did an absolutely fantastic job. Quick, Efficient and reasonable pricing. I've had her back since and will certainly continue to work with her! A+ across the board!

WckdStreak cleans my vacation rental. They have been fantastic.!The house is spotless when they are done, Communication is great and they have accommodated a hectic schedule on launching my rental biz. Reese, the owner, totally has my back on making this business work.
