About Vitalitas Home Care Referral Agency

We are a referral agency founded with the belief that clients have a right to determine the services they need and should have the freedom to choose their care providers. The carefully screened, highly qualified Professional Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) we refer can provide in-home, non-medical companionship services to elderly clients, as well as to adult clients with an illness, injury or disability who require assistance with self-care.
