For over 115 years, as a non-profit agency, Visiting Nurse and Community Health (VNCH) has been committed to providing highly skilled and compassionate home healthcare services. We pledge to be a responsive and innovative advocate for members of the communities we serve via our Home Health Care, Hospice and Private Care staff.

Our expert team includes nurses, therapists, home health aides, social workers and chaplains, all of whom collaborate to develop individualized care plans for our patients, their families and caregivers.

When patients are facing end of life, our Bridge to Hospice and Hospice programs focus on the person as a whole and not just the disease at hand. VNCH offers physical, spiritual and psycho social support for all involved in the end of life process.
