Visiting Angels is part of a national organization with offices in San Ramon, San Rafael, and Stockton that have been serving the Greater Bay area since 2001. Our mission is to provide professional non-medical home care and living assistance services to individuals and their families who need such assistance but wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

Additionally, our services can also be utilized by our clients to supplement the services which they may be receiving in assisted livingfacilities and nursing homes.<br/><br/>Visiting Angels is committed to developing an on-going relationship with our clients and their family and is not just a caregiver placement agency. Furthermore, we are dedicated to offering reliable and caring service by assisting with the following goals:<br/><br/>* Provide quality and reliable care in the client's home.<br/>* Provide caring home care services which promote client comfort through<br/> minimizing the impact of an illness or disability, maximizing their<br/> independence and by restoring, maintaining and promoting their health.<br/>* Provide assistance and education regarding the benefits of receiving<br/> home care services.<br/>* Facilitate a collaborative communication process between the client, family, medical professionals, caregiving staff and case managers in the provision of the best care possible, as appropriate to do so.<br/><br/>With respect to providing service towards these goals, our staff of screened, bonded, insured and experienced caregivers is available to provide our clients with part-time or full-time care as required. Also, our management staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle emergency situations, last minute needs and special arrangements.
