This company was started out of a desire to provide a level of care for my grandparents that I was happy with and at a price that they couldafford. My grandparents used to use one of the popular franchises. They were paying a lot of money for people who did the minimum that the job required and many times, not even that. So I decided, with the blessing of my father and uncle, to form a company so that we could hire and train the kind of people we want taking care of the people we love most!
