Our principles and values are very simple. Virginia Caregivers, LLC strives to provide excellent yet affordable and reliable home care services, to families as well as individuals of the Northern Virginia Area.

Our staff is made up of highly competent, experienced, caring and well trained individuals. We make it out goal to employ personnel with integrity, who will be responsive to our patients and their families' needs. Each staff member will meet the state of Virginia educational and training requirements for the services they provide. Given that we promote knowledge acquisition, we encourage our aides to further their education and will conduct regular in-service training. We owe it to ourselves to respect our staff and provide a friendly work environment, reliable, trustworthy knowledgeable management and most of all competitive compensation.

Our trained staff provides medical and non-medical services such as; Skilled Care Nursing, Personal Care, Home Health Care.

Each employee at Virginia Caregivers, LLC completes a thorough application, undergoes extensive state and federal background checks, has CPR certification, is certified and/or licensed by an accredited institution.

All employees are oriented and educated on Elderly Abuse Prevention, mandated reports and complaints. Employees are supervised 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
