We have been using Vivian for years! We initially needed a one-time cleaning, but she did such a great job that we had her come back (over and over again). Ms. Vivian (as my daughter calls her) is responsive, thoughtful and trustworthy.

Vivian is the first person I have ever hired to clean my house, and it was a decision I struggled with. But, she immediately put me at ease, and her work speaks for itself. She is accommodating of some of my requests for cleaning solutions on the 220+-year-old hardwood floors and has incredible attention to detail. Can't recommend her enough!

Vivian has done a deep clean of our house and done such a better job than I could on my own. I feel like I'm staying at a hotel with my bed made up fancy. She came highly recommended and I can see why.

Vivian does an excellent job. It's such a pleasure to come home and smell how clean everything is. I have two dogs and you would never know it after she's done with the house there's not a trace of dog fur anywhere. I would highly recommend her!

I just met Vivian today she's pleasant, professional and does an awesome job. Even my cats and dog were happy with her and they are hard to please. After the job she did I'm having her come twice a month so the house stays clean. She's absolutely wonderful

I have been using them for over 2 years now. They were referred to me by one of my close friends when I moved to the area. Amazing work, the quality is of the highest. My girlfriend tried them out and she has now replaced her old Cleaner with VIP. For as long as I am in Boston I will continue to use this company. Also, very friendly!!

Vivian is the best of the best! I was only looking for a one time cleaning at the time and 3+ years later, I can't imagine her not here on a regular basis! She is super flexible, personable and professional. I look forward to the days she comes and our condo never looks better than right after she leaves. Can't recommend her enough!

Vivian was phenomenal. Based on size of the apartment and without seeing it, she quoted me a price and an approximate time it would take to complete the job, made an appointment with me and was here on time ready to go! I think the project was a little bigger than what she expected, but she took the extra time to finish the job and complained about nothing. After she was almost 2 hours over her quote time I offered her to call it a day and she insisted on finishing everything she wanted to in order to complete the job. My condo has not been as clean as it is since I moved in almost two years ago. Vivian was very pleasant and took instruction well -- I couldn't be happier with her and I will certainly be a repeat client.
