My name is Tarnesha McCrary and I have over thirteen years of infant experience. I am also studying to get my degree in Early Childhood Education. I have several hours of training in infant sleep training. I am also infant First Aid/CPR certified. I adore babies and I have heart to care for them. I enjoy reading and playing with babies.
Like I said, I am a newborn specialist and I am expanding to open my own infant only home. What that means is I will provide care for two to three babies max in my own for twelve hours a day. My hours will be 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. If I max out at three babies I will hire a qualified assistant to assist for at least five hours out of the day. I will have an area in my own (that I'm re-doing now) that will be completely sterile. Which means you will have to wear the booties to enter it. It will have state of the art everything for your baby which means you won't have to bring anything but the baby and his/her personal items. I am an expert at sleep and bottle training so I will provide these services for you. I have developed a curriculum that is wonderful and it includes at least thirty minutes of tummy time each day. You and I will have journal that we both keep track of what's happening with your baby. I will keep my log of what I'm viewing each day with her/him and you will do the same on the evenings and weekends. Communication is vital in this program and I look forward to serving you!

In fact, I was just hired at the USPTO office daycare center to be their lead infant teacher but due to scheduling I had to decline. I have the heart, training, education to not only meet but to exceed your needs and expectations!
