I've used vet tech for years, always excellent service. But lately I've witnessed the opposite. Came home to a strong pee smell, found that my dog pee'd many times on my area rug. How can one visit a hone and not notice such a smell? All txt rec'd stayed all was fine. Excuse me! Then I noticed my bamboo plants have been over watered. Disappointing to see a great company go down in quality, with the recent change of ownership.

We moved to the Bay Area three years ago and needed, at first, a reliable dog sitter, and then, help caring for our dog as he aged. Vet Tech Pet Care was the perfect match! I feel so lucky to have found them as they are professional and reliable, with the widest range of services. Our dog got the best in-home care, as well as extra love and attention from everyone on the team. I highly recommend them!

I moved to the area 4 years ago and needed to find someone at the last minute to take care of my Beagle Casey while I went away on business. I stumbled upon Vet Tech, not knowing what to expect, but they were available for my travel dates. Before I left, I met Aimee, the owner and she put my mind at ease - she was very professional and informative, and most of all, she showed interest in Casey. After Aimee moved, Kelli became our primary caretaker and she has been just as amazing. They both were/are great at alerting me of any issues/concerns they might notice with Casey. When Casey hasn't felt well, they are good about asking questions to make sure they can take care of her as best as possible, and checking in on her after their visits. On occasion, Lisa and Ashlie visit Casey as well and they are both great also!

I'm lucky that most days I can work from home and be with Casey. I hate leaving her when I travel, but knowing that Vet Tech will be taking care of her makes leaving a lot easier.

We have been using their service for about 5 years now whenever we go away or even for mid day visits. We are very pleased with the service and care our Golden gets. We are a bit neurotic leaving our guy and they are always great about sending pictures during the day so we can see him and hear how he is doing. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they are very trustworthy with my Golden and my house.

We have a farm-load of pets! Two horses, chickens, rabbits, four dogs (each with different needs of course), and indoor birds. It was always difficult to relax on vacation as invariably the teens we hired to take care of everything would leave a gate open or not know how to deal with those emergencies that always seem to happen when you are gone. Relief came in 2010 with Vet Tech Pet Care and we have been happily vacationing with them ever since. These gals are experienced veterinary technicians with emergency room experience. They know what to do in an emergency, and better yet - know what is an emergency and what isn't. We have found them to be extremely reliable and able to adapt to our ever changing needs. Costs for their services have been very reasonable and well worth the peace of mind we have while traveling.

I'm very happy with the service and so is Bailey. He loves them. Doesn't like the procedures but after it's done he gives them his love. It's so nice not having to take Bailey in the car. They show up on time and get it done quick.

We've been very happy with the service. They go out of their way to match you pet to the right person. We have a "special" rescue dog who needs a gentle touch and this service has been a life saver for us.
