My role as a Life Coach is to help build a therapeutic relationship with adults and young adults by being a teacher and a coach. I help improve skills sets so that they can become employable. My session consist of cooking, how to budget, pay bills, use a computer, resumes, how to handle difficult relationships, how to raise children properly, how to cope with difficult situations. It really depends on the individual what is needed.
