Our names are Laura and Brad. We are a married couple who decided to take our love of animals to the next step in 2012 by starting our own business, Van's Dog Walking & Pet Care, L.L.C. Previous to doing so, we worked together at a very busy doggy daycare/kennel where we took care of up to 70 dogs at a time. We gained a lot of experience working with dogs of all different breeds and temperaments. There were also rescue dogs on site that we took care of while they were waiting to be adopted. One of those dogs we adopting ourselves!

We own 2 large breed dogs, a German Shepherd and our rescue German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix, as well as our amazing Siamese cat. We hope to add another pup to our pack within the next year or so! With our German Shepherd we paid for some top notch training in which we were trained as much as our dog if not more! So we can offer some basic training though we are not certified. Between the two of us we have lived with or taken care of just about any pet a person can own.

We were both raised by hard working parents and they instilled that trait into us which we, in turn, have put into Van's. On top of that our love for animals and our desire to build a strong reputation for our company leads us to go the extra mile. We always do our best to put the needs of our clients and their pets first. This translates into things such as longer play times or walks than what is paid for, cleaning up crates, messes and pet dishes, refreshing water, brushing or just giving some extra love and affection. While your pet(s) is in our care we are always available to call or text and we often send pictures or texts of our own to let you know how your loved furr-balls are doing. With your permission we post pictures of your pet(s) on our website and our Facebook page. We offer peace of mind for you, the pet owner, as we know that having someone else looking after your pet can be a little nerve wracking. We believe in our company because we believe in ourselves and we trust that you will consider us when looking for loving, professional and experienced pet care providers.

Brad and Laura are absolutely hands down the best pet care providers in Charlotte. They are both extremely trustworthy, reliable, flexible and kind/great with animals. They have been taking care of my dog, Tucker, for the last 2 years. Tucker, loves Brad and Laura, and is very happy to see them everyday to go on his walks or play tug of war; probably because they treat him like he's their own dog. There have been multiple times that at last minute where I have needed them to come take care of Tucker and without fail, they always do. They also send videos and pictures as part to show you that your pet is always in great hands. In my honest opinion, there isn't a better pet care provider for your pets than Brad and Laura. I would highly recommend Van's Dog Walking and Pet Care Services to everyone.

Brad and Laura are the best! We have never had better pet care than we do with Van's. Both of our dogs just love them and we can see how happy and well taken care of they are when they are with Brad and Laura. Our older dog is a creature of habit and does not like change. When we have left him with other dog walkers in the past, we've come back to a moody and depressed dog. But with Brad and Laura it's like we never left! He has even willingly gone for walks with them when we are home, which he would normally refuse to leave our side. Our dogs are always happy, clean, and well taken care of when we come home and we are so happy to know that Van's takes care of our boys just like they were their own. We couldn't ask for better dog walkers or pet care. We recommend them to everyone we know!

My husband and I could not have found anyone better to take care of our lab Hudson. Brad and Laura are the sweetest, most down to earth couple I know! The love that they have for our boy, shows every time they come to take him for his walk. When we are out of town, they are great about sending us pics and updates with how he is doing. It puts our mind at ease to know that he is being taken care of by people that love him as if he were their own. We would HIGHLY recommend Van's.
