I called this business and spoke to the owner Valentina Thursday Feb 25th in the evening asking about deep cleaning services for my 1450 sq ft. home for Saturday. She sounded pleasant and told me how good of a job they'd do and so forth but strangely suggested that I should leave while they clean (which I planned to do anyway). We settled on a time for her to come by and see the house the night before at 6pm. She never showed up and even though I sent her a text did not hear from her until 8 and she stated she could come by that night or in the morning. My son was in bed by then so I asked her to come by in the morning at 9. Saturday morning I heard nothing until about 10:30 and someone else from her company contacted me and said Valentina had an emergency and she would come by and begin cleaning. When I asked for a quote she said "I don't want to scare you with a quote and you can wait to see our work and pay us what you think is fair." I thought that's a little odd but lucky for them I'm honest so I agreed. I had explained on the initial call that I needed three people so that they could do the job in 5 hours or less. When they finally showed up 2 1/2 hours after the agreed time I showed them around and left them to work. I came back 3 1/2 hours later and they had cleaned the living room, dining area, the guest bathroom, done some laundry and just started on the kitchen. The house had zero scent as if they had used all non scented products or none at all. What they did clean looked ok but not great. Raquel asked me if they could just finish what they were working on and come back the next day. I said ok but asked that they come back the next day at 10 am. I paid them $80 and promised another $100 plus tip the next day once the work was done. They never showed up or called. Despite my attempts to call 3 different numbers they had given me, I have yet to hear from them. This is exactly the type of company we fear when looking to hire help. Zero professionalism or skill. I'm surprised they're still in business at all.
