Founded in 2013 in New York, Urban Klean is an Obsidian Brands Company offering a full, professional residential cleaning service for apartments and houses; proud to offer the highest quality of service with a price match guarantee. Every cleaning will cover all surfaces in every room, and all supplies, equipment and crews are already provided by us. The following additional services may also be added to any of Urban Klean s packages: full laundry, folding only, dish cleaning, ironing, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning and cabinet cleaning. For studio to three bedroom apartments and townhomes (within an apartment building), you can opt for a set weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or hotel package rate. Prices vary depending on the number of bedrooms. The hotel package rates provide a daily cleaning service at a weekly cost, and is also more affordable than the other rates. Each apartment is cleaned according to a 35 point list to ensure a thorough and consistent cleaning. All houses and estates are individually quoted based on the square footage, number of rooms/bathrooms, and frequency of service. The more often the service, the less expensive the cost. Urban Klean is also fully insured with a $4.5 million dollar liability policy, and in the unlikely event of damage or complaint, the customers are completely covered and compensated through the investigation process.
