The care they gave my dog was outstanding. He is 16 yrs old and since he is stone deaf
He can be a challenge to say the least. They groomed him until he started to get stressed
Out so they decided to have him come in again in about a week to finish his grooming.
The three women I dealt with are the best I've ever come across. They truly showed
Compassion because of him being deaf. By cutting the grooming short I know it will be
Easier to finish up instead of stressing him out completely. I hope none of you
People ever experience a deaf dog, but this is where you want to take them.
My dealings with Urban Hound was far above what I expected.
