I saw Nancy's ad on Facebook for house cleaning. I hired her and her employee Nia. They charged me $29.95 an hour to clean my house after we moved out. I figured they are professionals so I didn't need to babysit them. $149.95 later the bathrooms never got finished, the fridge wasn't done nor the front of the cabinets. And that's only part of the problems. I asked her to come and finish the job and she came up with excuses and then stopped responding to my pleas for her to finish the job. She won't even give me any kind of refund. She is not forthcoming and has no integrity.
